Registrations are due by Thursday, April 30, 2009. Late registrations cannot be guaranteed a place. We encourage members to register early.

Early Bird Member Rate closed on April 9, 2009 (applicable to those current financial members for registrations received or postmarked on or before this date)

Online payment: You can make your payment online immediately using secure Paymate facilities.

Direct Payment: We'll send you an invoice with our bank details (you must provide advice of payment so we can attribute it correctly).

Credit card: We'll send you an invoice and you can make payment by MasterCard or Visa by post or phone.

Cheque: We'll send you an invoice and you can make pay by cheque to 'VALBEC'.

Conditions and Cancellations

1. Fees includes all conference sessions, morning tea, lunch, participant pack and post-conference drinks.

2. Registrations cannot be accepted without payment or purchase order.

3. The program is subject to change without notice.

4. Numbers in some workshops may be limited. Allocation will be in order of receipt of payment.

5. All registrations received by the due date will be acknowledged by email (preferred), fax or post.

6. Cancellations on or prior to April 23, 2009 will incur an administration fee of $22 (including GST).

7. After April 23, 2009, a cancellation fee of $55 (including GST) will apply.

8. Payment must be received prior to attending the conference.
