Registrations are due by 28 May 2010. Late registrations cannot be guaranteed a place. We encourage members to register early.

Conditions and Cancellations

1. Fees includes all conference sessions, morning tea, lunch, participant pack and post-conference drinks.

2. Registrations cannot be accepted without payment or purchase order.

3. The program is subject to change without notice.

4. Numbers in some workshops may be limited. Allocation will be in order of receipt of payment.

5. All registrations received by the due date will be acknowledged by email (preferred), fax or post.

6. Cancellations on or prior to April 30, 2010 will incur an administration fee of $22 (including GST).

7. After April 30, 2010, a cancellation fee of $55 (including GST) will apply.

8. Payment must be received prior to attending the conference.
