The Department of Education and Training’s ‘Future Opportunities for Adult Learners in Victoria’ (FOAL) project aims to improve literacy, numeracy and employability skills provision and practice in LLOs and TAFEs so that all Victorians can develop the skills they need to get secure jobs.
The FOAL Discussion Paper proposes some options and questions about how to address low rates of literacy, numeracy and employability skills by building on the strengths of Victoria’s vocational education and training system.
The Department now invites submissions in response to the options and questions in chapter 3 of the Discussion Paper, particularly where matters raised align with your interests and expertise.
