2. Changes to Adult Learners’ Week
For a number of years the Commonwealth Government provided specifically allocated funds to support the national co-ordination of Adult Learners’ Week activity and some local activities in each State or Territory. Changes to funding arrangements mean that the statewide advertising and grants program will not be undertaken this year.
ACE organisations will continue to be able to advertise Adult Learners’ Week activity being conducted through the national events calendar on the Adult Learners’ Week website (http://www.adultlearnersweek.org/ ). Posters and flyers will not be produced for distribution to ACE organisations, however print-ready electronic files will be available for download.
Questions to Jane Dewildt, Manager, Board Support and Policy on jane.dewildt@dpcd.vic.gov.au.
